Ok, now that that’s out of the way, let us talk a little bit about us.
We’re both parents to two kids each;
Ale has two boys, Marcelo has two girls.
Despite the misleading names on our URL, we’re Brazilians, from Rio and São Paulo. Funny enough, we met on the other side of the world: Dubai.
Our story is like many out there:
Every now and then, a creative meets another creative and their ideas keep multiplying and growing stronger. So, they decide to work together.
Now we’re here, on your screen. Looking forward to being right next to you. Unless, of course, you’re reading this while sitting on the toilet.

How did we get here?
Koston possesses creative leadership and art direction experience from major global markets including London, Dubai, Lisbon, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, having worked at top agencies like MullenLowe, Grey, Ogilvy, Africa, and Dentsu. His exceptional talent was recognized in 2015 when he was named one of the world's top 10 most awarded Art Directors by the Cannes Lions Festival.
Following this period, Koston took time off to focus on his health. During this time, he wrote a book, dedicated time to his kids, and dove into new creative projects.
Marcelo brings senior creative and conceptual leadership from roles in Rio de Janeiro, Spain, and Dubai, working with agencies such as MullenLowe, Serviceplan, and VML on local, regional, and global accounts. A versatile communicator, his career includes professional copywriting in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, ensuring brands' communication resonates across diverse territories.
Together, our combined expertise has proven highly successful in the business development arena. We have helped win dozens of new business pitches across various competitive markets, directly contributing millions of dollars in profit to our partner agencies.
